Christina and Dan are amazing realtors. I’ve used them three times over 8 years for two home purchases and one home sale all in Midland. Most recently for my home sale, Christina was able to advise me on the staging of my home and had a photographer and videographer take amazing HGTV-quality pictures and video. I had to move across the country relatively early in the home sale process, which was worrying, but they were able to take care of my home through snows, etc. it really helped give piece of mind when I was over a 1000 miles away. Dan was even able to replace my shower heads after an Inspection! She was able to sell my home at a great price during the most difficult time of the real estate cycle - over the holidays! She made the process easy and allowed me to focus on buying my new home and starting my new job across the country! Christina also helped me buy an investment property in Midland a few years ago that’s producing wonderfully! Christina and Dan know about almost every house in Midland. I cannot recommend them enough!

After moving out, she worked with us to get affordable repair contractors, and have photographs taken during summer time (even though we planned on selling over the winter). After repairs, she then worked with us to get beautiful photos of the interior, and the listing turned out great.
